  Virtual National Recreational Water Quality Workshop April 6-8, 2021 About the Workshop: This virtual format, 3-day workshop will be a forum for recreational water quality managers, stakeholders, researchers and public health officials at all levels to share information and ideas about implementing a successful recreational water program. 2025: South Dakota South Dakota was the first state in the Great Plains to host the Conservation in Action Tour. The 18th annual event brought 150 agricultural representatives to Sioux Falls for "Planting Opportunity, Growing Success."    Topics included satellite data for landscape-level planning; profitability and conservation management; diverse rotations, cover crops, and livestock; and the intersection of urban areas and agriculture.
